Our Story
Meet Brett and Claudia. Long time Gold Coast residents, entrepreneurs, serial home entertainers and proud grandparents to a growing blended family. In 2023 Brett, while on a health kick, started looking for something a little more robust to filter their home tap water. Claudia wasn’t convinced they needed anything more than their basic hardware store filter and the filter already built into their fridge dispenser, “Why do we need a better filter? We live in Australia, our water is fine.”
Brett proceeded to show Clauds the research and the facts about what really lurks in our tap water. After a healthy dose of, “I told you so,” they were officially in the market for a quality water filtration system.
Enter Water Analytics Australia (WAA).
Brett and Clauds invested in a WAA full home water filtration system complete with an under sink remineralised RO system. Why WAA you may ask? Simply put, because they are the superior product on the market. From stainless steel casings and using double o-rings, to market leading product development and lifetime warranties, WAA ticked all the boxes.
Not only did Brett and Clauds experience an immediate difference to their skin and hair (and importantly, the ice for their whisky), they started to notice the family were suddenly staying over more often, having increasingly longer showers (much to Brett’s chagrin), and no one ever left without filling up their water bottles.
When Brett and Claud’s began serving their new RO water to their house guests and their dinner conversations started to revolve around ‘tap water’, they realised they were sold out for the cause.
They then approached Water Analytics Australia to become an exclusive territory distributer, and since the beginning of 2024, Brett and Clauds have passionately helped other Australian families get access to life-changing, clean and healthy water through Fix My Water.

Meet Calvin, Brett and Claud’s son-in-law. After experiencing Water Analytics Australia installed in Brett and Claud’s house, he and his wife put a full home filtration system on their own home (saving the in-laws from any further inflated water bills). At the time, Calvin was working in a corporate COO position but the long hours away from his young family made him rethink his values and priorities. After resigning from his position he came on board with Brett and Clauds, making Fix My Water a true family affair.

The 3 Stage Full House Filtration System removes common contaminants such as sediment, chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other chemicals.
